Care Guide
Planting. Angel Tears need to be planted in a very well-draining soil to prevent overwatering. A good quality Succulent or Cacti mix is best. Don’t worry too much about repotting this plant, it doesn’t mind getting a little crowded!
Environment. You can grow your Angel Tears inside or outside – just make sure to keep it out of direct sunlight! When planting outdoors, position your Angel Tears under a tree or bush for protection from the sun.
Lighting. Angel Tears thrive in partial shade and indirect light. To keep their variegation from reverting, they require at least a moderate amount of bright, indirect light for most of the day. If your Angel Tears start turning plain green, consider moving it to a spot with more lighting.
Watering. These plants are a type of Succulent and prefer to dry out completely between watering. To check their moisture level, stick your finger about 10cm under the top of the soil. In winter, cut back watering to an absolute minimum – once every two weeks or less is recommended.
