Shipping and Delivery
Our Plant Shop offers Local Delivery, Standard Post and Express Post within Australia – you will be able to choose between these options when you go to check out. Local Delivery is only available for orders over $100.00.
We do highly recommend choosing Express shipping to shorten the time your plants will stay cooped up in their delivery boxes – we want your plants to arrive on your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible!

All of our deliveries are sent out on the Tuesday of each week. If your order is placed after 1pm on Tuesday, it will be sent out the following week.
We take the utmost care in packaging your plants for delivery to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, if uncontrollable circumstances lead to you receiving plants in poor shape, we have a 24 hour refund and replacement policy. Just email our team at support@ourplantshop.com.au with a picture and we'll endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible. We will either replace the plants or refund your purchase.
All you need to do is notify us within 24 hours of your order arriving and our team will sort everything out.
If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.
Please also be aware that once your order is dispatched, we cannot accept 'change of mind’ cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, please make sure you contact us at support@ourplantshop.com.au before the products are shipped. As our products are alive, we like to ensure they undergo no unnecessary travel.
DELIVERY PRICES
Our shipping prices are calculated at the checkout and are based on the pricing estimates listed on the Australia Post website.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Our Plant Shop currently ships to QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and VIC. There are some plants we cannot send to certain states due to biosecurity restrictions - this will be clearly listed on the relevant product pages, and if any of the plants in your cart are restricted in your location you will be unable to checkout.
Unfortunately, due to quarantine restrictions we are unable to ship to Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia. We are working towards shipping our plants to these states and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
