Tillandsia stricta - Air Plant

Tillandsia stricta features long silvery green stems tipped in a deep red, and produces spikes of pink flowers.  These plants do best when hung or mounted so they can dry out quickly after watering. They require bright, indirect light and thrive in covered positions outdoors, or dry, bright areas inside. Depending on the environment, your Tillandsia stricta will need watering at least once a week. To do this, simply mist the plant with water, or submerge it in a bowl of water. Ensure the plant dries out completely between watering to prevent rot.
