Tillandsia paleacea - Air Plant

Tillandsia paleacea natively grows on rocks, desert sands, or on trees in dry areas. It features succulent, velvety, silver foliage, and produces fragrant, violet flowers. These plants do best when hung or mounted so they can dry out quickly after watering. They require bright, indirect light and thrive in covered positions outdoors, or dry, bright areas inside. Depending on the environment, your Tillandsia paleacea will need watering at least once a week. To do this, simply mist the plant with water, or submerge it in a bowl of water. Ensure the plant dries out completely between watering to prevent rot.
