Rotheca serrata is a shrub with sparsely branched stems that produces dainty blueish-purple flowers in cymes covered in short hairs. It is bee, butterfly and bird attracting, which makes it a popular garden plant. Rotheca serrata prefers to be kept moist and positioned in a full sun to partially shaded area.
