Piper Betel, commonly called 'Piper Plant', is a member of the Piperaceae family which includes pepper and kava. Although its family have herbaceous uses, the Piper Plant is grown for its beautiful deep green heart-shaped foliage and is usually kept indoors as a feature plant. This adorable little creeping houseplant thrives in a nice warm area with plenty of filtered light.
