Oxalis triangularis - False Shamrock

Oxalis triangularis, commonly called "False Shamrock", is a unique and beautiful ornamental houseplant. It's popular for its bright purple foliage that resembles shamrock (clover) leaves - hence the title "False Shamrock". This dainty plant closes its leaves at night and reopens them in the morning. It produces little clusters of white or pink flowers that bloom for several weeks at a time.
