Canistropsis Persimmon

Cansistropsis are a variety of hardy, shade loving plant similar to the Bromeliad, Guzmania or Vriesia. Canistropsis sport light green foliage with light yellow bracts. Their care requirements are simple, water into the crown of the plant when dry and provide indirect bright light. Once mature Canistropsis should bloom in one of its many tropical colours, such as: Citron, Guava, Apricot, Tamarillo, Persimmon and Tutti Frutti. Once the plant has bloomed don't throw your plant away, canistropsis readily multiply once they finish blooming.
