Italian Lavender makes for a perfect addition to any cottage or herb garden and is an ideal plant to use as an informal hedge. The dried flowers are commonly used in pot-pourri and sachets. Positioning this plant in a nice sunny position with moist, well-drained soil will keep it looking its best.
