Helichrysum italicum, commonly called the 'Curry Bush', is an evergreen shrub with a clumping tendency. It features thin, gorgeous silvery-grey foliage that has a distinct curry fragrance, and small yellow flowers that appear through Spring and Summer. This plant prefers to be grown in moist, well-drained soil and positioned in a nice, sunny position. Tip prunt to encourage bushiness and new growth.
